John Kitchens

John Kitchens is a partner in Kitchens Law Firm in Crystal Springs, Mississippi. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, where he graduated with a German language degree. In connection with his degree, John lived in Germany on three separate occasions. He received his juris doctorate degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2003. John's law practice focuses on representing claimants who have suffered on-the-job injuries. John also handles personal injury cases of all kinds.

 

John serves on the Executive Committee of the Mississippi Association for Justice and on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice. John also serves on the board for the Mississippi Food Network.


For the previous 13 summers, John has been a volunteer camp counselor at Camp Rainbow, a summer camp for pediatric cancer patients. He has also

served on the steering committee for Camp Rainbow.

 

Other than while in college, John has lived his whole life in Crystal Springs. He is the youngest of five children of Supreme Court Justice Jim Kitchens and Mary Kitchens. John currently attends the Crystal Springs United Methodist Church. John is married to the former Jessica Hembree of Hattiesburg. They have two children, Grace (6) and Jack (2).
