
Dan Kitchens
Dan Kitchens lives where he always has, in his hometown of Crystal Springs, Mississippi. Dan received his undergraduate and law degrees from Mississippi College. Dan is a partner in Kitchens Law Firm, P. A., also located in Crystal Springs, where he practices with his two brothers, Matt and John. Kitchens Law Firm exclusively handles cases for individuals, including personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal defense and appeals. Dan primarily practices in the areas of personal injury and criminal defense, including DUI.
Dan is an active member of a number of legal organizations including the American Association for Justice and the Mississippi Association for Justice, where he serves as parliamentarian. Dan is treasurer of the Copiah County Bar Association and is a board member of the Copiah County Democratic Party.
A childhood cancer survivor, Dan is a long-time summer camp counselor and steering committee member for Camp Rainbow, an American Cancer Society

summer camp for pediatric cancer patients.Dan is also treasurer and secretary of the Mississippi’s Toughest Kids Foundation, a non-profit foundation that is working to build a permanent home for all special-needs camps in Mississippi.
Dan is married to Mollie McCormick Kitchens, also of Crystal Springs, and they have one daughter, Mary Corinne.
